Just over 18 months ago, I’ve developed a deep interest for photography and it was only recently that I’ve really begun to take it seriously. As I mature as a serious hobbyist, this photoblog will (hopefully) chart my growth over the next few years. The older posts are locked and stashed away – I think the internet is a slightly better place without them.
About my gear, I’m a Canon user and am now using an EOS 7D. My lenses include the EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS, EF 100mm Macro f/2.8 USM, EF 70-200mm f/4L IS and a EF 35mm f/1.4L. All post-processing is done on a Macbook Pro, with Aperture 3.0 as my main workhorse in managing and tweaking my photos. I will occasionally use Pixelmator as well, but I do not use Photoshop on any pictures (largely because it’s too damn expensive).
I live in Singapore with my beagle and I work in broadcasting.
